簡易煮法：

1.雞肉、排骨洗乾淨，先川燙備用。

2.取2500cc~3000cc的水加入川燙過的雞肉或排骨或素料、藥膳包，大火滾了關小火煮40分鐘（至雞肉、排骨軟爛）加鹽調味，即可熄火上菜囉！！
